When viewing a resource, informing the user that they are "Viewing resource {{resource}}" is superfluous. It is also inconsistent with the Forum, seeing as we don't tell users they are "Viewing post {{post}}" nor do we do this in the browser title. This request merely shows the resource name instead. Whether the user is viewing Releases, Versions etc. is indicated by their tabs. Benefits include visual appeal as well as providing more space for longer names, with the latter being particularly pertinent on mobile devices.
