v1.1.0 can't be opened #12

Hello, Nice work on mergen. I downloaded version v1.0 and v1.1.0 from the releases page. v1.0 opens correctly however v1.1.0 "can't be opened". I'm happy to give extra information if needed.

Tested on M1 Mac with macOS 13.5.
