Unable to checkout this repo on Windows. #21

The file in the repository path /.github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/warning-**donot-report-issues-regarding-features-or-importing-guis**-.md is an invalid path on Windows, and cannot be properly checked out currently with Git for Windows. Would you mind changing the name. Anything without the asterisks * would be preferable.
