Audio goes over 100% if Factory or Mod Selector are enabled #203

Issue: When starting KTaNE with Twitch Plays enabled, sometimes audio will exceed 100% volume when reaching the main screen. Going into the menu and pressing either the plus or minus sign (including when it's already at 100%) will revert the audio back to a normal volume.

When all of my mods are enabled, disabling Mod Selector and Factory in the Mod Manager makes the issue go away. Otherwise, disabling Twitch Plays makes the problem go away.

I cannot isolate this issue any further right now

Setup: Subscribed to all currently available modules [Including those in packs] + Dating Simulator, Factory, Mod Selector, and the latest build [7917243] of Twitch Plays As well as Two Factor and Bashly Bombs

Having all modules enabled on load and then disabled - with Mod Selector and Twitch Plays enabled, the issue is present.

*All instances of enabled/disabled mods are done through Mod Manager, not Mod Selector.
