This pr contains some updates to the votesolve features:
Modules that are being votesolved can no longer be interacted with nor claimed.
Added a new system for votesolving bosses.
Makes the modules tag black when it's being votesolved.
Fixed an issue when calling a vsmode vote during a bomb.
