Only declare cli options when run as standalone #185

Makes it possible to require timetrap as a gem in another ruby program

Background for this need: I'm busy working on a bitbar plugin for timetrap so it's possible to see your active/running sheet in the menu bar and maybe switch to another one. I reckon timetrap is a CLI tool, but a combination where I can always see my running sheet seemed useful to me :)
