perl/generateGroups.pl does not recognize the Xeon Phi counter LONG_DATA_PAGE_WALK (or any performance counter that contains "LONG" in its name)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create attached group groups/phi/TLB.txt
2. build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
build warning:

./perl/generateGroups.pl line 67, <FILE> line 7.

./perl/generateGroups.pl line 105.

perl/generateGroups.pl erroneously assumes it enters the LONG section (line 68)

I guess the LONG is the problem. It looks like a valid bug. We will have a look 
at it.
