feat: Add some tests #163

This also includes some fixes for problems found while writing tests:

Navbar now recognizes when the page is scrolled below the fold and sets the background color appropriately
Logic for showing alerts has been corrected so they no longer appear indefinitely
subHeading prop of Header is no longer required
Yarn lockfile has been updated after merging tons of dep changes to package.json via dependebot (w/o updating yarn.lock).

Additionally, a workflow has been added for running tests.
