Make player health persistent by saving it to the database #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Players can currently lose health, log off, then log back in and have full
health. I propose that we save the player's health until they die, at which
point we reset it to full.

I agree with this, it will seriously hinder logging to avoid tree deaths. - Jack
