Trying the Docker Desktop install again

Copied something from https://github.com/coreos/rpm-ostree/issues/233 Specifically https://github.com/coreos/rpm-ostree/issues/233#issuecomment-1301194050

Seems to build and run locally, gonna see how it goes when I try to boot it
