Baseline correction #26

Wondering if you would be so kind to help with this issue. I have pupil data from 10 participants. All of their pupil responses are different sizes. When I try to baseline the data, I get a trail of data at the 0 timepoint. Having trouble figuring out how to troubleshoot this. I added pictures before and after baseline correction for context.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

Hi @gzzat interesting issue! It looks like this might be related to the start of the trial being a blink or looking up from below the screen at a glance. Have you run any blink detection anywhere and filtering?

Thank you so much for your quick reply! I cleaned the data and applied a median filter, but I did not apply a blink detection. That seems to be my issue - do you have suggestions how I might do this?
