Migrate to flakes #293

flakes branch has some WIP stuff. Two issues:

  1. How can I target any particular nixpkgs but tell the CLI tool "only the latest that's cached"? A test run had me building Chromium from source...
  2. Current banglist approach is impure.

And is using an experimental feature worthwhile here?

Supposedly branches like nixos-unstable follow Hydra (CI).
