Is the project maintained? #61

I much prefer this project over the other options, but it seems it may not be maintained anymore. I'm not expecting much in terms of maintenance from a project like this. But none of the recent Github issues or the one Pull Request seem to have been responded to or handled.

Not a big deal, just curious.

The project is maintained but I tend to work in bursts of activity on a specific project. Having additional developers and/or backup maintainers would help with this. I’m sorry if the situation makes you wary of using the library, but I don’t think the situation will change much.
