Windows Key Binding not Working #3

I am able to replicate the problem, but I don't know where to start trouble shooting. The = tab trigger works just fine. And it's working on OSX.

Tab trigger works for me on Windows. The only thing that's not working is the control+shift+. command. It seems like it should work. I'm not familiar with how things are done in ST2, so maybe I could ask on the IRC channel for some suggestions.

I noticed that I still had my key binding file in the User folder as well as the EJS folder, when I removed the User version of the key binding, the shortcut stopped working for mac also. So maybe you could try moving the key binding from the EJS folder to the User folder and see if it starts working? If that happens, I guess I/we will need to do a little research on how to add keybindings to packages...
