No Retina support #446

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Get MacBook Pro with Retina display
2. Open an image in Xee

Expected output: sharp picture
Instead one can see "pixelized" picture, and zooming out doesn't help, so 
clearly it doesn't use all resolution of the display.

I use latest release of Xee at the time of writing, and OS X 10.9.4

Of course, this is show-stopper.

What is "latest version"? All version of Xee 3 should have Retina support.

Xee 3 is not there nor is it free, if I understand right.

Yes. Development has ceased on 2.x, and will not be updated by me. Anyone else 
who wants to is free to do so, though.

No, Xee 3 is a from-scratch rewrite by me to fix many long-standing problems 
prevent development on 2.x, but I  can no longer afford to work on it for free.
