General comments:

• In general you've got a good start towards developing a good understanding and method of getting that understanding. It will continue to require effort to improve both of those.
• Use more descriptive commit comments.
• Generally theoretically correct (with a gap or two)
• Could use more explanation everywhere to more clearly demonstrate that you know what you're talking about.

Also, Nice Wiki. No one has tried doing that before. It looks like you put some useful things in there, but might have petered out by the end. I'm curious why you included the Boltzmann transport equation and the Cauchy Riemann equations in your wiki.
