Bug-8: Mismatch tagging between cc/1.svg and map-coordinator.component

Description: map-coordinator cannot recognize cc as the building's building code cause it had expected 'loyola' while a config.json was not in place.

Resolution:

• [x] Rename folder 'loyola' to 'cc'
• [x] Update tags in cc/1.svg
• [x] Update missing tags in hall/8.svg
• [x] Update pathfinder to consider classrooms, entrances, transports
• [x] update map-coordinator to recognize cc for current function while config is not in place

Reproduce:

• Run master as the commit a05a10c
• Get route for source: 'H-815', destination: 'CC-101'

Expected behaviour: A floorplan for H-815, google maps showing route from hall to loyola, cc, and a floorplan for CC-101 should be available.
