Bug-11: Cannot click on the fab to change floors since pullup bar is over it.

Description: The new pullup bar is hiding the fab button to change floors.

Resolution:

• [x] Change location of fab button]

Reproduce:

• run master as commit ac8df5cd20742bb1b3d5a6f2fb690834e5576eb7
• press on SGW
• press on Hall building
• Press "See indoors"
• Press on the floor changer button

Expected Behavior: A action sheet should pull out of the bottom of the screen to change floors.

Actual Behavior: The pullup bar component is hiding the fab button.
