Bug-1: Missing spec.ts files cause build failures in test environment #65

Description: Test environment is unable to inject services due to missing spec.ts file from PR of US-37 The build errors can be viewed at https://travis-ci.com/samiha-rahman/soen390/builds/150854888

Resolution:

[x] Add missing spec.ts files to /providers and /data-models
[x] Run test manually and ensure that tests pass

Reproduce:

Trigger build on Travis-CI
Navigate to build and view the job logs

Expected behaviour: Builds should be passing on Travis-CI
