Resolution:

[x] Declare and export Busmap and Appsettings components to be used globally

Reproduce:

Launch Ionic application (on either mobile or web platform)
Navigate to the outdoor view
Click the bus schedule or settings button in the pulltab

Expected behaviour:

The bus schedule or app settings screens should appear
