Remove tabs from the top of the screen. #53

You do a great job of putting the tabs down the side of the screen. Is there a way to turn off the top tabs when we turn on vertical tabs? That would be wonderful. Thanks.

Chrome doesn't support this at the moment, although I can see an open issue that you can upvote: https://issues.chromium.org/issues/324765513
