already logged in user must re-login #3

1. run index.jsp
2. login using openID
3. click logout
4. user is returned to index.jsp but in left hand column their openID is
displayed and it says they are logged in
5. if they want to access the site they must re-enter their login details

I am not sure if this is a session problem. Will bring it up in meeting
tomorrow.
