Emailing using the server networks smtp server may be impeded by the networks security policies #46

The emailing of users, which is one of our desired features may be blocked
by the security policies of the network the application is running in.

To send emails the application needs access to a smtp server.  If the smtp
server does not allow this without authorisation the application may not be
able to use the email users feature.

Issue not relevant anymore as Gmail smtp apparently worked on massey server
