Rides should be displayed not only from start and end location as happens 
currently but also from places near start and end location

Most of the 'bones' for weeding out suitable rides is done, just writing code to
output info to user.  Interfacing with the database needs more work

interface to geolocation in database complete.

Please ask if you need an update method (I don't think they should change?)

available via rideListing and rideDetail
