Edit and Withdraw Offers and Requests

This task involves ensuring the person who added the offer or request are 
able to access these offers and requests in their user account page 
(myDetails.jsp) and this page has an Edit and Withdraw button in front of 
each ride they have added which when clicked will take them to an edit 
page or a -are you sure you want to delete this ride- page. 

All this can only happen up till 3 days before the date of departure. 
After that these options will no longer be avilable to them.

I think it would be better if they could update their ride unless someone had 
already
signed up for it, in which case maybe they could still cancel it at some large 
social
points penalty

What you mention Arlo works just as well. So yes we can go with that instead of 
having to set a time limit.
