Necessary to add views, url redirection, database connections, object relational mapping, session management, user systems, a templating system, forms, other middleware, a test suite, a test server, boilerplate projects, static file management, customisable settings.

I think this would be an excellent opportunity for you to contribute to OSS and issue a pull request that addresses the small issue you have raised.
