investigate Gitpod prebuild artifact #55

It would be nice if Gitlab prebuilds left the build in the repo directory meaning a full build isn't required every time a prebuild is opened. This could have been caused by the GHCup upgrade, so maybe try downgrading again to see if that helps.

This seems to have been caused by a dot files change using the incorrect path. Should be fixed now.

Reopening, this is still happening for new workspaces, but not opening existing ones...

Preparing to install GHC (tinfo6) to an isolated location.
This will not interfere with any system-level installation.

I think nix is solving the problem gitpod was being used for - consistent Dev environments on demand. Will park this for now and deprecate gitpod usage
