Use cachix in CI #91

An open cachix store for the flake in this project is available at samisagit-natskell, if CI used that it should be quicker.

samisagit commented 1 year ago

The CI build should also push to cachix, assuming the flake file changes. That could be a long job, so might be worth investigating time outs too.
