Add a command to support the server starting with API
Command
calendarN server --port=8001
It should start a new server with port 8001 default is 5001 to fetch the data, response should be as -j flag

Endpoints:
GET: /calendarN/today Returns today's calendar for both eng and nepali
GET: /calendarN/eng?year=2021&month=11 year and month is optional and should return current month's calendar [If provided both should be provided]

GET /calendarN/nep?year=2067&mon th=11 year and month is optional and should return current month's calendar [If provided both should be provided]
GET: /calendarN/eng/all?year=2021 year is optional should return current year's calendar if it's blank and If provided both should be provided
