This PR adds documentation comments for some widgets

Hi @zebreus - I watched someone go through the starting pains with RustHDL recently, and realized the docs on DFF are very much needed. Can we update and merge this PR?

The PR is ready to be merged. I wanted to write more documentation and add it to this PR, but did not find the time to do that.

Huge fan of documentation getting merged before it becomes outdated! Hopefully it's not too late for this!
