The process for retrieving context is currently tied to the user having to specify the answer bank (context) each and every time. We should. also allow for cases where the context is already loaded.

To summarise : once loaded to a context, data does not need to be uploaded again. The analyst can choose "Context already exists" the next time around.

Positioning for "select a file / folder" : quick upload of small context. "Big" data shall be loaded using other means (e.g. hydrate a chroma collection
