"no module named tensorflow" when I "import tensorflow" after I install tensorflow

Describe the Issue

Used this command to install the tensorflow "sudo pip3 install tensorflow-1.1.0-cp34-cp34m-linux_armv7l.whl" , after this command it says successfully installed tensorflow six wheel protobuf numpy werkzeug
