Create head-to-head trials

Head-to-head trials indicate that a cohort is sub-divided into two groups which receive two different interventions

• UI needs to allow users to indicate which interventions are head-to-head
• Plotting should render these as split/dual color

• Implement head-to-head check boxes in names tab
• Plot responds by adding split line to plot and key
• It is up to the user to name appropriately and add interventions

• Plot legend should have the interventions remain separate
• Include whitespace between lines in plot to show distinction
• H2H decision should probably be made at the naming stage
  • Allow for an indication that an intervention is head-to-head
  • Second text box appears allowing for second intervention name
  • Everything can handle this as a single intervention, except plotting draws two lines & has two boxes in the legend
• Alternatively, leave naming and everything up to user. H2H is a visualization setting where only thing that changes is plotting

Suggested fix to visualization problems: Change to geom_rect to have more control over the shapes and drawing positions
