This is a final correction for the Handler function. Finally works cross-system with Linux/BSD/MacOS & Windows. Also fixed some other bugs, and made some additions to the account package. Inching closer to functionality with the account package. Everything else pretty much works as intended, excluding Advanced Options functionality.
