re-remove rails things #192

Does this about cover it @Zogoo?

Feel to merge if so.

I think you have push access too, you can push to this if there were other changes you had in mind.

I had those other merges in v0.15.0 so I can push 0.16.0 after this.

@mjobin-mdsol idea of removing rails-related things is to avoid having questions on the issues like how to override methods for this controller etc.

@mjobin-mdsol if you still want to put back the rails app let's discuss over the issue meanwhile let me merge this PR because this was removed before.
