Fix for web_root in manifest causing 'urlp is not defined' #4

Dats with web_root in the manifest do not load and instead display the error "ReferenceError: urlp is not defined".

Thanks for this - sorry I didn't see this earlier, I don't seem to have been getting notifications for this repo!
