asyncio.exceptions.TimeoutError #1261

I have the following issue when i use ThreadedWebsocketManager( ). i used VPN, it may related to this issue. Any solutions? thanks in advanced. image

Same. All of a sudden this error started showing up. No VPN...

EDIT: After a few hours all came back to normal. Seems it was a Binance issue
