Billy Hatcher and the Giant Egg - PAL version not working #53

I have the PAL version of the game, and I try to boot it and it doesn't load at 
all. Black screen.

Also could someone add patches to fix the memory card emulation for the NTSC 
version of the game?

Also, I am on the vWii.
I tried it with an actual Wii running 4.3E.

This problem has been somewhat fixed, because you can now use a real memory 
card.
