Form to create a new Q & A session.

Title
Description (Likely Optional)
Active Until Date/Time (Could be changed to a simple boolean toggle with a button instead of a Date/Time)
Private/Public Toggle (Determines if session shows up in public list or if it can only be accessed with the link)
