Shop settings to specify a percentage discount for certain user roles (e.g. wholesalers)

I've decided to abandon user role discounts -- instead focusing on a flexible discount code system that lets users add a "sticky" discount code to their profile that will be applied every time they log in.

This will reduce code duplication, and there's not much benefit to using Kirby's user roles for Shopkit's use-case.
