Add a cheat system to Mupen64Plus.  Users may describe desired features of
such a system by adding comments to this bug.

Just for documentation purposes, we're in the process of implementing support 
for
GameShark cheat codes, which are basically overwrites of certain memory 
addresses
during gameplay. We're using this as a reference:

The enable cheat dialog is finished. Working on the add/edit cheat dialog. Once
they're done, I'm going to work out a system where all areas of mupen64plus can 
have
access to cached rom information, not just the rom browser. That way, the cheat
system can be tied into it also, so it won't have to maintain its own Rom info 
(CRC,
name, etc).

Just to update you on the cheat gui: I've been kind of frustrated with the 
add/edit
dialog I've been working on. It's getting ugly and cumbersome. I thought of a 
better
way to create the dialog for cheats which uses the GtkTreeView like you 
originally
wanted, so I'm going to redo the dialog that way. I'm hoping to get it done 
this week.
