Part needs review #133

There are a few things to do on that front.

  1. For each part, review and document which part kinds are allowed and what's the semantics, especially w.r.t. to part integration vs consultation.
  2. Once a part was specified it's needs can be consulted with Part.needs should the integrated parts show up in that list ?
