Fix cmdliner dependency an opam file.

Bo, travis seems to insist in installing cmdliner 0.9.5. That won't work.

Ha we are still using the old Travis scripts which is installing opam 1.1. Would be worth using https://github.com/ocaml/ocaml-travisci-skeleton instead
