Makefile changes (generation code and generated) #91

Tries to improve generated makefile readability by splitting a few long lines. Seperate project makefile generation from As_makefile into As_project_makefile.

Do not merge yet I may add one or two more things here.

This can be merged. Work continues in subsequent PR.
