Spawn position does not include angle #26

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Only the block position of the spawn is stored, rather than the angle.

Describe the solution you'd like The spawn position should include the angle, so that the spawn can make the player face towards a sign.

In Minecraft snapshot 20w29a, this ability was added to the /setworldspawn and /spawnpoint commands.
