User: Citizen, Administrator in Citizen's Area

Scope:

support users in an administrative area, not bigger than a ~~province~~ ~~university~~ district

Objectives:

create LINE Bot where user can report issues by just texting the bot, and see current ongoing and finished issues
create webpage for staffs to check, track, identify, and progress through issues
support multiple languages on LINE and website
implement the system that can identify if the text is the new issue or existing issue

create CS's own code checker website both for learning and testing
support multiple languages, including Python, C, C++, Java, PHP, JS, TS, etc.
support multiple options and configurable, including time limit, memory limit, test case displaying, scoring, etc.
add announcement system for particular courses

implement the system that can transform resumés into structural data, such as candidate's name, contacts, bio, skills, education, experience, personality, etc.
