Keep Record of Lap Times #11

We don't do this right now. Will need to load records in on a race start and update them when a race is finished.

Also want screen to display race records. (Track/Ship used/Record lap time/name entry maybe? [name entry would have to go before starting the race])

Started on this. Just need to take 128 x 75 pictures of the racers to use in the boxes. Also need to use a scrolling list in case the list grows too tall.
