Checkpoint Generator #17

Currently we have to painstakingly 1) select each checkpoint 2) correctly set the next property of each to the next track points (error prone)

Fix this so it is automated and doesn't require step 2. This issue also includes running the new solution on all existing tracks.

Script is done. Now just run it on every track and set the first checkpoint property of placement manager
