[x] Girlguiding logo at the top, which gets smaller on scroll - non-trivial.
[x] Correct colour palettes
[ ] Colouring on group names - trivial to implement, need to decide on what look we actually want - and what to do with other headings. For h1#group can be coloured, but h1#non-group now looks odd.
[x] Girlguiding fonts
[x] Turn jpgs into transparent pngs because why on earth are we using jpgs
[x] Adjust logo placement/size such that it doesn't interfere with page header text

Think remove colouring on group names, but potentially style as with a border, rather than a text-transform.
