Make them a thing.

Following #56, now just need to:

[x] Add "next" and "previous" buttons to posts
[x] Make the metadata pretty, and clickable where necessary. Potentially remove the byline.
[x] Make the list page pretty

Closed in #67. Will likely return to address pagination at some point, but for now, it works.
